Just switch off UAC. Please check the installation guide in this forum.

I have managed to get past this by setting a log in password for windows , rather than not having any log in process, even though it said I was an administrator.
I am now getting the error message that fsclient does not have permission to write to ‘fsclient and windows will not allow me to change the write permissions for the root directory c:/program files/fsclient.

Is there another directory that I should be looking for?

Sorry for my late reply.
You have to set the permissions on the share, not on the Windows directory!
